How does online shopping work?

Shopping with us is easy:

What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a variety of convenient payment options: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Alipay HK, UnionPay, and Octopus.
You can choose to:
- Pay the full order amount.
 - Use your bonus points to pay for all or part of your order.
 
Please note: Orders paid for with bonus points will not earn new points on that transaction.

Is my online payment secure?
Yes. Our online payment service is powered by PayDollar and uses advanced Extended Validation (EV) SSL Certificate encryption technology. We use PayDollar’s hosted payment page, meaning credit card information does not touch our servers. Orders are only marked as paid after our system receives a confirmation message from PayDollar’s server. This, along with online authentication password services, helps prevent illegal intrusion and stealing actions, allowing you to shop with greater ease and peace of mind.

Can I resell the products I purchase?
No. All products sold on www.astalift.com.hk are for customers’ personal use only and shall not be commercially resold. We may refuse any purchasing order which we suspect is for commercial resale purposes.

How are bonus points calculated?
To earn points, simply register as an ASTALIFT member before you shop! You will earn 1 point for every HK$100 spent. Plus, get an extra 20 points when you purchase any SKINCARE REFILL product (excludes Make Up series).

When are bonus points not issued?
Points will not be earned for:
- Orders paid for fully or partially with existing bonus points.
 - Any shipping fees.
 - Shipping fees for product trials.
 - Purchases made by non-members.

How long are my bonus points valid?
Your bonus points are valid for a limited time! They accumulate from 1st April to 31st March of the following year. Any unused points after this period will expire and cannot be carried over.

What are the terms for redeeming bonus points?
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, or discounts.
 - Redemption items are available only while stocks last and images are for reference only.
 - All redemptions are final; orders cannot be changed, refunded, or exchanged once completed.
 - Points are deducted immediately upon redemption.
 - ASTALIFT reserves the right of final decision in any disputes.

What if my computer shuts down during payment?
