  • How to choose my shipping method?

    Whether online purchase or gift redemption, you can choose to pick up products at Fotomax store or use local delivery service. Base on your lifestyle and shipping cost to choose your shipping method.

  • Do I need to pay shipping fee if pickup at Fotomax? When should I go to store?

    Choose pickup at Fotomax is FREE. Normally it takes around 6 working days to process your order. We suggest you check with store and confirm the product is arrived before you go. Attention: your need to pick up your product within 60 days of order day otherwise it will be regarded as waiver.

  • What should I do when pick up product at Fotomax?

    We suggest you: (1) to print out the e-shop receipt. Present it to shop assistant ; (2) to provide Phone Number and Password for the verification. Product must be collected within 60 days from the transaction date or else it will be regarded as waiver.

  • Do I need to pay shipping fee if use Local Delivery Service? When will I receive product?

    Unless otherwise mentioned (e.g. specifically listed promotions on the website), the following delivery policy is applicable to orders made on the Site: If the total amount of order is HK$500 or above, that will be Free, if the total amount of order is below HK$500, HK$50 will be charged. Select Local Delivery Service need to takes around 5 working days. Attention: Local Delivery Service only servers Hong Kong areas, Macau, Taiwan, Mainland China or oversea areas are not included in this service.

  • How the undeliverable orders will be handled?

    An undeliverable package will be returned to ASTALIFT by delivery agent, we may need to contact you again for further arrangement. The paid shipping fee is not able to return. We can re-ship order to you but an extra shipping fee is needed. ASTALIFT reserves the right of changing this policy without prior notification.

  • Can I return and exchange product?

    "Your interest is protected by our “7-days guaranteed return policy”, we accept products sold by with not more than 7 days of receipt (based on the delivery record). Please contact us for returning information. Exchange is only applicable to same-priced or higher-priced item, refund is not acceptable. Please contact us before exchange.

  • Should I take any responsibility?

    ASTALIFT wish to provide the best shopping experience to you. You can help us provide corrected and completed personal information. Once we find that the package undeliverable or lost due to incorrect shipping information is provided, ASTALIFT will try the best to help you, however ASTALIFT does not accepts claim for compensation.
